Vielma Counseling & Consulting, PLLC

My clinical background includes serving the Laredo population in community mental health settings, as well as a residential treatment setting. I’ve supported people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use disorders, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017, and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2023. In my work I take an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to meet each person’s individual needs. Together, we explore your experiences, build emotional insight, and develop practical tools you can use to create meaningful, values-driven change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
