I believe humans have a beautiful capacity for growth, and we are constantly growing and changing throughout the different seasons of life. Therapy is a place where we help support those changes and find joy, acceptance, and meaning along the way. While providing trauma-informed care, my style of counseling follows an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to meet each person’s individual needs. Together, we explore your experiences, build emotional insight, and develop practical tools you can use to create meaningful, values-driven change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017, and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University in 2023. My clinical background includes providing individual and group counseling services to the Laredo population in community mental health settings, as well as a residential treatment setting. I’ve supported people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
